To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same original condition in which you received it.

• In its original packaging, including all tags and seals.

2. Important Note
Due to hygiene and safety considerations specific to cosmetic products, opened or used items (such as lipsticks, concealers, etc.) are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return & Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
